Click N' Play Pretend Vegetable Set With Cutting Board Review

My daughters loves playing pretend. They have a Hello Kitty pretend cooking stand and they love to "cook" and make dishes there. They already have a couple of cooking play toys but this is the first time they've played with a cooking toy which can be sliced in the middle. When I received the Pretend Vegetable Set with Cutting Board from Click N' Play, I was excited to show it to them. Before I head on over to my review, here is a short product description from the company:

This brightly colored set of plastic fruit comes apart into segments, so children can pretend-slice fruit. Our 14 piece set includes a cutting board, apple, strawberry, grape bunch, orange, peach, pineapple, pear, lemon, kiwi etc. and a plastic knife that makes a realistic cutting sound. Play is an integral and necessary part of a child's development and education. This philosophy is at the core of our product development and drives us to continue developing and sourcing new and innovative product. We pride ourselves in developing products that encourage creativity and build self-confidence through play.
This is a 12 piece pretend play cutting fruit toy set from Homeco. They are made of plastic materials that are tested and safe for kids. The set consist of an apple, strawberry, tomato, bunch of grapes, pineapple, orange, lemon, pear, kiwi and peach. It also came with a cute pretend chopping board and a small knife. All the fruits can be sliced into 2 except for the pineapple which can be sliced into 3 portions. All the fruits have velcro in the inner middle part so that they can be sliced and reattached over and over again. It has a small see through plastic bag to help organize and store all the items.

My daughters love playing with this set and aside from being a pretend toy, which enhances their imagination and creativity, slicing the fruits and vegetables in the middle also enhances their fine motor skills. The size are perfect for their little hands and is light enough for them to hold.

This is a nice miniature collection of the basic fruits that we usually buy from the grocery.

  1. "My daughters enjoy role-playing games. They love to "cook" and prepare meals on their Hello Kitty pretend kitchen stand. Although they already own a few cooking playthings, this is the first time they have used a toy that can be cut in half. I couldn't wait to show them the Pretend Vegetable Set with Cutting Board that Click N' Play sent me. Here is a brief summary of the company's product before I move on to my review. And speaking of learning and exploration, just as my daughters enjoy their playtime, consider exploring additional possibilities like the convenience of educational support, such as the option to pay someone to take online class ensuring a balanced approach to personal and academic growth."
